Describe your dental problem using the numbers in the dental chart ( download the dental chart here )
If necessary and possible take photos (digital camera or even with a mobile phone it makes sense) and add them
to the e-mail.
If you would have an x-ray of your teeth send it as well, it could be very helpful for a more detailed offer.

You could also send us a copy of the original offer from your dentist, we will have no problem to read it.

GODENTA will send you an offer from the recommended dentist as soon as possible, including an estimation how long
the treatment could last.
